The apartment was old but very comfortable. It was in an awesome location. Probably the only negative thing was the stairs . Would definitely stay there again

The apartment was spacious with well equipped kitchen. Central location to cafes, shops, beach and despite nearby hotel, noise not a problem. Spare bedroom roomy and attractively decorated. Climbing 35 steps up to apartment may deter some but we used it as a good workout many times a day. BUT bathrooms in serious need of renovations AND cleaning! Black rubbery base in ensuite shower. Considerable amount of sand left behind in both shower recesses with dirt and grime and rust around showers - Indicated cleaning services not up to scratch as veranda tiles and outdoor table very dirty as well as under door mat and door runners So disappointing to arrive for a week’s holiday to be confronted by these very unattractive features. No wifi in this modern day and age, not acceptable either.When these issues are addressed apartment 7 at Tradewinds would be ideal for 4 as lovely views with sounds of rolling surf in very central location.

Whilst location was excellent, apartment was outdated and “grubby”. Couch had rips, fridge shelf broken, no bin provided , windows filthy, substandard provisions . Needs a good clean and refurbishment

Black mold in every room and horrendous cleanliness

As summarized as I possibly can. That was the filthiest accommodation away from home that I have ever stayed in. To the point of filing a complaint with LJ Hooker who manage the property and providing picture evidence. Beautiful view and fantastic location but you will be hit with the smell of bleach, mildew and mold before you have a chance to put your bags down. so disappointed. I hope they provide better holiday property management; it was clear that the issues that I arose to them weren't from a previous tenant but from neglecting the properties cleanliness. such a misjustice to the view and location.

Cleanest apartment in town!!!

What a lovely apartment...well presented and oh soooo clean. Have stayed in a variety of apartments in SWR over many years and I must say this apartment was spotless. Apparently the owners do the cleaning here and it shows...much care is taken and the little extra touches great. Will definitely be coming back here!!!!

Perfect location, clean & well equipped.

We go to South West Rocks every year and have recently been staying at Tradewinds. We love it, and have re-booked for next year. We have a lovely beach holiday each year & we have begun bringing our bikes. Our only request would be some sun shade for the balcony we can erect ie an umbrella and somewhere to lock away our bikes. Apart from that, awesome !!
