The rooms were nice, the staff were super pleasant, Trudy knew me by name which made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pools were well kept and clean. The playground could use some attention but that’s the only negative thing I would say about the entire stay.

We had an issue on the sliding door that gives access to parking. I brought to the front desk person in the morning and in the evening they were already finishing fixing it. Hotel lacks a few things: breakfast can be more diverse with more food options, simple requests like extra pillows and towels were never fullfiled and also doesn’t provide laundry bags. Overall staff experience really chill and great.

This hotel was fine. Our kids liked being able to choose between the indoor and the outdoor pools. The breakfast was fine - hot eggs and sausage each day along with waffles, toast, pre-packaged pastries, and juice. The room was clean. Staff barely interacted other than at check-in, but they were nice. The room was moist... maybe just chilly, but felt a little damp sometimes. The location was convenient.
