Two bathrooms and an open floor plan add convenience for families or groups. Start your mornings sipping coffee or tea underneath the pergola and then jump on your bike to local ice cream places, parks and more. Don't forget to float in the pool when you arrive back and use the grill to barbecue while you take advantage of the fenced in yard.

The Lily Pad is located in a residential, quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.
For everyone's safety there is a Ring Camera facing the pool. There is also an inactive camera facing the driveway.
Please report any damages or items that aren't working so they can be fixed as soon as possible.
