Located on a quiet dead-end street, it features a bright sunroom, outdoor shower, large living room kitchen and dining room, and all the comforts of home. Just 10 minutes from multiple beaches, great restaurants, shopping, and fun local attractions—perfect for families or groups looking to relax and explore. Enjoy coastal charm and convenience in one perfect getaway! Central Air & Heat throughout..... Bedroom 1 - South and West Facing, 1 Queen Bed, Ceiling Fan. On-Suite Bathroom... Bathroom 1 - Off of Bedroom 1. With shower, sink, toilet. Bodywash, Shampoo & Conditioner provided. Towels provided... Bedroom 2 - North Facing, 1 Queen Bed, Ceiling Fan, 50" TV... Bedroom 3 - North and West Facing, 2 Sets of Bunkbeds. 1 Twin over Twin. 1 Twin over Full. 4 Beds total. Ceiling Fan. 50" TV. Linens Provided... Bathroom 2 - Off of the hallway with the other 3 bedrooms. Sink, Toilet, Shower/Tub. Bodywash, Shampoo & Conditioner provided. Towels provided... Washer & Dryer located in closet off of the main hallway. Iron & Ironing Board on site... Living Room has a sofa with 2 chaises, a 55" TV, wifi and a gas fireplace... Dining Room has a large table and chairs for 8 people... Kitchen includes full amenities such as microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove, blender, silverware, plates, glasses, pots, pans, knives... Large game room off of the dining room has a couch, a tv and a combo pool table / ping pong table. Sun Room has a sectional couch and couple of chairs. Outdoor currently has a propane fire pit and 4 chairs, a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Back yard has a garden stone area, but the other half is dirt that we will be seeding later in 2025 and will be grass for 2026. OUTDOOR DINING TABLE TO BE ARRIVING LATE JUNE.

Property was even better in person! While located on a quiet, dead end street, it was still close to everything – restaurants, the beach, mini golf, etc. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Everything in the house was super clean and new. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Owner was super responsive to questions and got back to me quickly. 10/10 all around

Amazing property. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, really well outfitted, they have everything you could need for your stay. The kids especially enjoyed the pool table. The host is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely keep this house on our future Cape Cod list.
