Curbridge Nature Reserve and Swanwick Lakes are within 1.5 miles and Itchen Valley Country Park is 7 miles. For a change of pace head to Whitely Shopping Centre, 1.5 miles away with access to shops, restaurants and cinemas. The bustling cities of Southampton and Portsmouth with its historic dockyard, are both within 10 miles.

A shared driveway leads to this detached property. Once inside you are met with an entrance hallway with WC straight ahead and a games room to the right. The inner hallway leads to a charming kitchen/diner, and a useful utility room ideal for dogs to dry off and storing muddy boots. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a light and airy lounge with Smart TV, comfortable seating, and glass doors onto to the wonderful, adjacent sunroom. In here, you’ll discover a delightful place to unwind, with a chess table and distant views over the garden to the river. A staircase leads from the hallway to the first floor, where there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two king-size, all boasting TVs. A further family bathroom with stylish décor can also be found on this floor.
