First of all we were able to park outside and off road. The staff/owner was polite and helpful. The property was clean and in order. The room had a double and 3 single beds. A kettle with tea/coffee etc, an en-suite with shower, towels were provided. There was also a tv, mirror and a fan if needed.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned; mold in shower Who puts carpet under a toilet? The lounge chair in our room was very old and dirty

The property doesnt have breakfast, it has a kitchen so you buy and prepare your own using their microwaves. It is used msinly by contractors and they get up at 6am and are very noisy. I told the owner and his reply was its the men going to work. No apology or offer to move me to another room as i was there for 3 nights

Pros: The beds were comfy and the room looked recently refurbished

Cons: No staff. Just a phone number which didn't get answered on 1st evening.

No hot water 1st nite for shower. No TV signal so couldn't watch TV.
