☞ To maintain peace and privacy for all self-catering guests there are no permanent staff on site - however the Gateway Team is always on hand whenever needed!

☞ Pets allowed - charges apply of £10 per pet per night. Charged separately to booking. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Maximum of 1 dog allowed.
☞ Strictly no parties or events
☞ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
☞ We may reassign your booking to an alternative room. Please be assured that any room changes will include the same amenities and facilities to ensure your comfort.
☞ You will be provided with a starter pack of essentials including toilet roll and bin liners - once these are used up, please refer to your Guest Guide for the best local spots to purchase more
☞ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
☞ Free parking in our private car park is available exclusively to guests of The Madison and is available on a first-come-first-served basis (no need to book). Free and unrestricted street parking is also readily available on surrounding side roads.
