No air conditioning. Nothing in area. By the highway. Good stay for one night for night before cruise. Food was okay, staff was okay but wouldn’t say friendly. Costly for what it was. No wash clothes in bathroom. Easy to call taxi.

Overall the property was clean and tidy , Checking in was very good and staff member was polite and informative.Room was ok nothing special but too hot to sleep no fan in the room .The bar is so expensive and the blond women behind the bar is very spiky, why do you not put prices of drinks on your menu , I found out when I ordered a bottle of wine over £30 ! For a very average Chardonnay, so all in all the hotel is over priced and I certainly would not return to this venue

This is not a hotel, but a motel. Staffed by very young people. There is no air conditioning in rooms, they don't accept cash, and food very limited. One small elevator. Area surrounded by storage facilities and industrial buildings. Poor location.

Where to start. First we arrived a bit early and the front desk person was incredibly rude. We knew we were early as it was around 12 noon and merely wanted to inquire as to if our room was available then we would like to check in. He lets us know everyone is always trying to check in at 7 am which is not applicable but found this to be rude. When we finally got our room key the door is locked and the room was already occupied so back downstairs and more delays. Now I want to add the description of the property is not true. There is no air conditioning in the rooms on all floors above the bottom and you will not know it’s a holiday inn if you look at the pillows, towels, mattress nothing. The shower was very nice but the toilet would not flush and we used the one by the front desk. Not a lot of options around the property for anywhere to eat. The manager told us that they are just very busy and have lots of guests. My wife asked her if they were understaffed and was told no so that means it’s a management issue. Anyways this is not a typical holiday inn more like a cheap hotel. The housekeepers are very friendly but management is in over their heads as they are running around constantly getting little done. The manager took over our check in and told us the room would be ready in 20 minutes and we’ll over an hour later they give us keys to a room that already had people in it. This place is very unprofessional and not a typical holiday inn.
