Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pool: Available May to September to use the pool heater, a fee of $150 per day will be added, arrange this in advance of your stay.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving, set all thermostats to ECO on day of departure.
Run dishwasher, please do NOT put pots in dishwasher. Take sheets off of all beds leave in each bathrooms bathtub.

We stayed as a group of girls and had an amazing time. The house is exactly as pictured and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The yard is the best part but the whole place is wonderful. This is clearly a home not just a rental property which we loved. This would be a perfect place for families or a few couples since each bedroom is huge and has a bathroom. There are tons of board games and kids stuff (including baby gates and a crib). I would love to come back with my family!
