The downstairs of this beautiful house is a perfect place to enjoy a summers day with its open kitchen and dining area, and double patio doors that lead out onto the garden. Complemented by a spacious living room and a large 55 inch smart TV the living space has two comfy sofa beds for guests and a downstairs WC.

The second floor of Carnation House has three bedrooms and large bathroom.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Additional guests over 3 are charged at a rate of £10 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost.

Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
