We had a very enjoyable stay at Leslie’s place in Southampton! She was always responsive. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The beautiful backyard was amazing—loved the big heated pool and eating out on the patio. The grill worked perfectly too. Thanks, Leslie!

Roomy well-appointed house with gorgeous grounds

This is our third summer staying at this house, and we’ve enjoyed each stay. The house is large, has a large master bedroom on the ground floor. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The house is also well-stocked—with cooking equipment, beach chairs and towels and pool floats, etc. great place to stay.

Oasis in Southampton

Beautiful, spacious, secluded property. We had plenty of room and the pool was wonderful. The grounds were well maintained and had a nice country feel with occasional visits from deer and turkeys. While it seemed as if we were far from civilization, the town and points of interest were close by. Most importantly for me, the house was extremely clean and we would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful

The photos don’t do justice to this special home. The pool is the perfect temperature and you can float all day in the private zen backyard. The home is on a dead end street that is so lovely to walk. The house is so well stocked, towels, kitchen and pool floats too. We loved our month on Canoe Place and miss it already.

Wonderful summer week

We had a wonderful week at Leslie’s place this summer. Leslie was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is huge inside (bigger than i expected), with a very open floor plan. Everything we needed was stocked/available. The house was clean and well maintained. The only slight thing was that there was a slight problem with one shower, but Leslie had an immediate fix/solution. The backyard was also bigger than we expected. I couldn’t hear any neighborhood noise. Very peaceful/relaxing. The heated pool is huge, and the hot tub was a nice bonus! We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable roomy well-located and we’ll-equipped house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with a lovely pool, jacuzzi, koi pond, and big back yard. The house is located on a quiet dead end road but a short drive to South Hampton and Hampton bays. The house comes with everything you could want and the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Backyard Oasis

The home is lovely and everything is there for a family or a group to have a fun comfortable getaway and make some beautiful memories. The backyard is an oasis and we spent almost all of our time outdoors. The large outdoor pool was a perfect temperature throughout our stay. Kitchen has modern electrical appliances and was well stocked with anything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Host was responsive to questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Location

“Serenity” Hills

My family and I just spent a week in this beautiful and well equipped rental property in Shinnocock Hills (Southampton) NY. Everything from the exceptional grounds to the open living area made our stay there most memorable. Every request we made to Leslie was answered in a very timely and amenable fashion. South Hampton get away ☀️

Great property, but be prepared

This is a beautiful home, just as pictured. It's spacious, has comfortable seating, and all the amenities for a home-away-from home stay. The outside offers plenty of opportunities for fun (swimming pool & firepit) and relaxation with a zen vibe (koi pond, sweet bridge crossing, hammock, gazebo). The owner, Leslie, was responsive to questions before and during the trip. It's quiet and private. And you can expect to be delighted throughout the day by close encounters with the deer who live in the area. When we arrived, it was immediately apparent the house had not been cleaned. Some areas (stove, refrigerator/freezer) had not been cleaned in a while. Other areas (garbage disposal, bathrooms) still had evidence of previous guests. We contacted Leslie right away and she had cleaners there the next day. However, we had to do quite a bit of cleaning to eat, store groceries, and use the facilities. Then we lost a lot of the day waiting for the cleaners to finish because we have small dogs and wanted to keep them out of the way. Happily, Lillian and the pool cleaners did a great job. Once that was done, we had no other issues with the house. There was one other disappointment, but this was completely on us for not checking in advance. We had been looking forward to long walks in the neighborhood, but this property is on a short, dead-end road and the connecting road is a very busy county road. In general, this property is in a great location for getting around the eastern side and South Fork of Long Island. A short drive brought us to all the places we wanted to see.

Amazing property

Wonderful property! We hardly left the house. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with lots of space for the little ones to play. The house itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had an amazing time! We would definitely rent again!

Family-friendly house in great location

We had a very nice family week spent in this home, and Leslie could not have been more responsive and accomodating. House was more than big enough with an incredibly beautiful pool and backyard space for hanging out. While the inside of the home (appliances, linens, etc) could use a bit of updating and maintenance, overall the location, pool, and host responsiveness made it a positive experience for our family.

Great rental

My wife, daughters, and I enjoyed the trip to Southampton very much. The house was spacious, clean, and cool. There were supplies aplenty in the kitchen and the pool was big and a very nice temperature. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. The ocean beach was a 10 minute drive and the bay was even closer. We would definitely like to stay here again next summer.
