We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! It is in deplorable condition, no ventilation. The photos on line are NOT this property or current status! We filed a complaint with Hotels com for a full refund! We do NOT recommend staying here if you can avoid it!

I had a terrible experience in room 6. There was no staff in sight as at 07:30pm, I couldn't not access the property for an hour because the code was not correct, police came to make arrest from the property. A guest that came to get delivery then gave me a number to ring inside the house I was about leaving before someone rang me and sent me the code after one hour of standing outside. The room had no window, no fan, no hand-wash in the toilet I didn't find the bathroom easily either the bedside socket was not working I had to plug my phone by the toilet. I couldn't sleep because of the heat I had to open the door on the stairs. If you need anything there is no one to talk to, I will not recommend.
