Being so centrally located, the town and beaches are easily explored on foot. Southend Central Train Station is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There is free parking available at the property for those arriving by car.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not enough utencils and crockery for 5. Not cleanend properly. No working fire alarm in kitchen or adquate fire doors. Shap staples sticking up from broken bed. Lot of pigeon faeces on window sill. Lack of communication from hosts after phoning several times. The list goes on.
