Room had a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfy and room service was available without request. For the price, it was a fine stay. Breakfast was good and a plus. Bathroom fan did not work but the shower was nice. Elevator was half broken but we were still able to get to our rooms just fine. Overall I would stay here again if I visited Pinehurst again.

The room looked as if it hasn’t been used in a while. The floors were so dirty my son’s feet were black and the dirt, I could peel it off. The front desk associate wasn’t too friendly either and on our last night, someone came to open the door at 1 am saying we were in their room…TERRIBLE stay.

Great customer service from all the staff. Very quiet and was not disturbed. Check in and out was easy. The breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was awesome. The room was clean. I did have a humming noise that came from the refrigerator but it wasn't that bad but needs to be fixed. Overall it was great for my business stay.
