We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Southern Pines Pinehurst and had a very pleasant experience, earning it a solid 4 stars. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly and efficient staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure, which is always a plus. The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to local dining and attractions in Southern Pines, making it convenient for exploring the area. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—plenty of options, from hot items like eggs and sausage to fresh fruit and pastries, all well-stocked and tasty. The fitness center and pool were nice additions, though the gym could use a few more pieces of equipment. My only minor complaint was that the parking lot felt a bit cramped during peak times, making it slightly tricky to find a spot. Overall, though, the staff’s attentiveness, clean facilities, and great value make this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting the Pinehurst area. I’d definitely stay here again!

Property entrance was dirty, pool was closed and front desk said sorry but was call in advance to direct inn and told was open before arrival. Front desk clerk was rude and could not get pos to charge my card and never offered to manually input. Additional discount offer poor and no concerns for guest at all. Multiple employees States I shouldn't used third party to book.
