The Space:
The Clubhouse offers a spacious, thoughtfully designed retreat perfect for families, groups, or extended stays. This three-bedroom, three-bath home features a welcoming layout with one bedroom on the main floor, furnished with a queen bed and full bathroom nearby. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a handcrafted king bed made by the homeowner and its own private bathroom, while the second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and easy access to the third bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Roku, making it easy to stream your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances—refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—plus dishes, cutlery, utensils, a coffee maker, and toaster. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, along with a starter supply of laundry essentials. Located just a short walk from downtown Southern Pines, The Clubhouse combines comfort, craftsmanship, and convenience in a beautifully walkable neighborhood.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

Historic Southern Pines--Most historic sites and some beautiful parks are within walking or biking distance of the downtown shopping district, and currently expanding bicycle and pedestrian greenways. The greater Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen area is world-famous as the Home of American Golf, but this town has plenty to offer in addition to luscious green fairways. Come stroll through the gorgeous streets in our downtown shopping district, with its many fine restaurants, locally-owned boutiques, and coffee shops. Weymouth Center, Tour the magnificent Weymouth Center and grounds and explore other historic sites. Theaters: catch a concert, play, or indie flick at one of North Carolina's pre-eminent arts theaters, Sunrise Theater, located in the center of downtown. Stop in the library for copy machine services, a pay for use computer, free WiFi, and for those needing a little relaxation reading, a collection of "honor" books (to be brought back at your leisure). The library offers many programs for all ages, so check out the calendar of events online to see what is happening during your visit. Galleries: Treat your eyes and mind to the galleries of the Arts Council of Moore County housed in the grand Campbell House. Parks & Nature: stretch your legs and breathe some fresh air in one of our many parks. From basketball courts to grills to a reservoir perfect for kayaking, you'll be able to satisfy almost any outdoor craving. If you're a bird watcher, bring your binoculars and be on the lookout for the protected Red-Cockaded Woodpecker, native to the area.

NO Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund.

For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

Please park in the spots marked F and a third vehicle is allowed in a visitor spot.

We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect (think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.

1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

Guests have full private access to the entire home minus two locked closets. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

One of the best parts of staying at The Clubhouse is its convenient location. Downtown Southern Pines is just a short walk away, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, parks, and the train station on foot. The neighborhood is very walkable, so you won't need a car for most day-to-day activities. For destinations outside of downtown, driving is easy and stress-free, with plenty of free street parking and public lots nearby. All major shopping centers and grocery stores are just a short drive away. Fort Bragg is only 30 minutes away!
*The Neighborhood*

This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the news level is kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

We're here to make your experience seamless--from self check-in to local recommendations and anything you may need for your stay. We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.

Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!

Free street parking and public lots are also readily available if you choose to venture out by car.

House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Street parking is limited. Park in your three designated spots in front of your unit.
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is wheelchair accessible via the main floor. Note: tub/shower combo is not.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
