Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation any amounts paid by Guest will be refunded (less any credit card fees incurred) as follows:

100% if canceled prior to or on date six (6) months prior to Check-in Date

50% if canceled after six (6) months and before or on three (3) months prior to Check-in Date

0% if canceled after three (3) months prior to Check-in Date

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
Courtesy quiet hours start at 10 p.m. per local ordinance.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.

This cottage offers its guests a garden, laundry facilities, and local meal delivery service. The front desk is open around the clock.
