The property is great. Clean and friendly staff. Although unused, the pool area and the room’s kitchen appeared to be clean and well stocked. The little town had maybe 10 shops, a few restaurants, and an ice cream shop. We toured the old town cemetery and since the little old jail was closed we looked through the windows. We swung on the swings along water. The recommended restaurant on the water Oliver’s we determined you have got to love Cajun seasoning. Summary the hotel was very nice and good price. The little town it sits in can be done in an afternoon. We even swung on the swings.

Property was extremely clean and well kept with a pool and private beach. Rooms were immaculate and spacious with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. An elevator made it easy to get around. The best hotel I've stayed in for years.

Customer Service Issue

The facility and staff were great. Location was close to downtown area for restaurants and shops. The issue I had was a medical emergency came up and had to the trip short one day. I called to cancel the second night and was given a hard time. Not sure if they billed me for both nights or let me out for one night.

Hotel was lovely, great location nice pool and private beach area. The only thing I would say was a negative was the housekeeping. The basic cleaning of ou toilet wasn’t up to standard for the 6 days we were there.
