The property and the stay were wonderful! There is plenty of space for a family to enjoy time together but also to have one’s own space. The house is beautiful decorated, comfortable, and impeccably clean- the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is there, and it is evident that all the details were carefully considered. The hosts were pleasant, friendly, and responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The property was well-appointed with new cookware and a grill. The backyard was very nice and included a chiminea and wood. The off-road path to the stony beach could use some attention. Overall, it was a great place in a quiet location.

This was a great base for our summer vacation on MDI. The location was perfect for our excursions all over the island. We loved the convenience of Southwest Harbor’s shops and restaurants, plenty of options and easy parking. The house itself was perfect for our 5 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant. There is plenty of room, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The modern washer and dryer came in handy throughout the week. We spent time on the deck most days and cooked dinners on the grill several nights. There is a cute outdoor fireplace and plenty of places nearby to buy bundles of firewood. The path to the beach was a fun adventure for my grandson and he loved the stony beach. The Seawall area of the park is a quick ride and was a great spot for climbing on the rocks and admiring the view out to the Cranberries. We highly recommend this home for visits to MDI.

This home was perfect! Just bring yourselves and enjoy! House had everything you might need, fun toys for the kids, extra toiletries if you forgot something, not to mention the cutest decor. We truly enjoyed our stay with our family (2 kids, 5 adults). The walk to the private beach was icing on the cake. We would absolutely recommend it! It was convenient to the National park and close enough to Bar Harbor for shopping and restaurants. Plus plenty of great places to check out close by as well.
