Host was warm and good communicator. The house was clean except one bed. Had an issue with hit water but that was addressed. Could use more bedsheets and covers for sofa beds. Overall we had a good experience.

Incredible stay! Spacious and comfortable home. 4 bedrooms with plenty of beds. Lots of eating areas and spaces to for all to spread out. Nice outdoor area with ceiling fans. And the pool was delightful - shaded, fountain, lounge chairs, can’t be beat!!!

Beautiful Home But needs to act like it is a rental

It was my wedding and I booked it with this information ahead of time. 3 months ahead. I couldn’t get an answer on how to access property till couple hours before check in. This was frustrating seeing as we had so much to plan. When we walked in there was a huge hole in the wall and the response I got was.. last weekend we had spring breakers. Not sure why if a wedding is coming it wasn’t repaired. So no wedding photos in that area. A bar stool was broken in which we bought glue and fixed before my family arrived. One roll of paper towels for 10 ppl for the weekend. Not a bar of soap to be had. Fixtures falling off the walls. Repairs done in bathroom but never finished. BBQ outside utensils on the ground. The icemaker was sitting on the back porch unplugged, and did not work. The beautiful pool that we all were expecting to get into was completely dirty and had not been cleaned. Not enough towels in the bathrooms for the amount of people that were in this house. The front porch light did not work. I’m assuming it needs a lightbulb so everybody had to come into the house in the dark including deliveries. This house has amazing potential for somebody who is truly trying to make this a Verbo home that people can enjoy and not just be spring breakers. Let’s just say overpriced, and under delivered. Long story short I can continue to go on about what happened to me at this facility I truly believe they forgot that we were coming and they did not prepare for us to come. Sad

My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing us to create a nice memory for our son High School graduation. We had enough space for everyone and were pleased with the overall experience. We will do it again!
