Old 17th century chapel renovated into a gîte in a relaxing and preserved setting, located next to the owners' house and another gîte, near the Sarthe river. Unfenced garden with terrace. Adult and children's bicycles, swing, table tennis and table football available. Ground floor: large lounge/living room (convertible), fitted kitchen, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room. Additional equipment: freezer, Internet access, cot and high chair. Included: electricity, sheets, towels/household linen. Not included: aerothermal heating (11€/day) and tourist tax.
