The owner was very nice and prompt at responding. The house was comfortable. A little short on extras but suited our purpose. (there is not an ice maker, but she has a small ice machine that is not enough for 4 people- just one small example).

Short get away

Had a short getaway for a couple this location was perfect for our visit to Chestertown and the local establishments in Grasonville. Will definitely book this again.

Good but needs a few things

Nice stay, would book again. Needs new king mattress, more mirrors in the home and a water filter. Very relaxing clean, makess you want to stay in and gamg out. Close to everything cool.

Perfect!

Stayed here for a wedding was perfect for the group of 4 of us. Living room is bigger than it looks in the photos and the house was well kept/ clean. Host was great and responsive as well!

Peace and quiet

It was very quiet, which was great. We baby sat our new grandson, so really appreciated the changing table and all of the recliners. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the king size bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, good location

We slept well: beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We thought we had reserved the “A” side of the duplex, shown in the online photo as one level, but found we had the “B” side, which has two levels. There are three steps between the entry level with two bedrooms and the spacious main level (open plan kitchen, dining room and living room) and the bathroom. The lowest step is half depth, and there is no railing. The dark steps blended in with the dark floor, so we moved the light-colored hall carpet over to draw attention to the steps. A foosball game filled the side of the entry hall. We liked the bathroom’s shower, because it had a good overhead shower and a separate handheld spray, plus an anti-slip mat on the tub floor. Dining room chairs were comfortable, and the table was suitably large. The duplex was less than 15 minutes from Kent Narrows seafood restaurants and not much farther from a supermarket and drug store at Chester. The entry access code was sent one hour before 3:00 p.m. check-in!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here with Brenda was amazing! She was very pleasant and professional! She even suggested a few things for us to do in the area. The home had everything we could have needed and wanted. The place looks even better in person than the pictures! We can’t wait to book again!

Nice spacious place

The house was much more spacious than the pictures implied. Nice quiet street. It was 95 degrees both days we stayed there but the air conditioning kept up. We had a wonderful weekend at this house. Thank you to a great host.
