Open space concept on the main floor, modern kitchen with lots of seating and fully stocked amenities! Comfy leather chairs and hide-bed with a beautiful fireplace! 50 inch Smart TV with 100's of channels including Sportsnet! Great Wifi! There is a powder room and laundry room also on the main. The upstairs has 3 large beauifully decorated bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms upstairs! Loads of clean fluffy towels and all the necessities of home! Brand new mattresses and bedding! The house has a 700 ft covered porch area and private glass pergola with fire table. Mountain views in every direction! Gorgeous Fire pit with night time lights in seating area & path for the star gazing!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Do not strip beds, we do that. Make sure all taps are off. heat off A/C off.
Do not clean our towels or linens. We do that.
Take any opened food with you, or leave in fridge for chickens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Swim Spa open from 10AM - 10PM. No unregistered guests. No infants in pool. 14 and younger must be supervised while in pool. No alcohol in pool.
Close the gate securely with the latch each time you come and go. We do have 1 outside security camera at the entrance. No "Day" guests. No parties!
Person booking will be welcomed first before any additional guests. No cooking food at the fire pit (roasting marshmallows or hot dog is okay.)
