☆★ Welcome to THE ONLY private farmhouse casita that offers a very original, hands-on, interactive Highlander retreat experience in Spanish Fork, offering generous space and comfort, ideal for families, groups, and longer stays. ★☆

This is a private, self-contained casita located on the same property as the main house, offering a comfortable and quiet space ideal for individual travelers, couples, or extended stays.

The sleeping setup includes a queen-sized bed, providing a spacious and comfortable primary sleeping area, along with a full-size pullout couch that can accommodate additional guests if needed. Both options are arranged to maximize comfort while keeping the space open and functional.

The unit includes one full bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity. It is clean, well-maintained, and designed to provide all essential amenities for daily use.

The layout is compact but thoughtfully arranged, allowing guests to move easily through the space while still having everything they need. Despite its size, the casita offers a high level of privacy and independence, making it a great option for those looking for a simple, efficient, and comfortable stay.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the casita only. The farmhouse is separate and is rented out privately and separately. None of the areas except the backyard are shared.

- This is a private casita located on the same property as the main farmhouse, offering a quiet and more unplugged stay. Please note that there is no TV in the unit, making it a great space to relax and disconnect. The farmhouse is not included in this listing and remains a separate unit.

- As part of your stay, guests are welcome to enjoy a unique on-site experience, including feeding the Highlander cattle with a bucket of grain that we provide.

- Parking for the casita is available on-site; please look for posted signage and follow designated parking areas upon arrival.

- No pets are allowed at this property due to the presence of farm animals on-site.

- For longer stays (generally over a week), we provide starter supplies upon arrival, and guests will need to purchase additional items for the remainder of their stay.

- Washers and dryers are available on-site for your convenience.

- A dumpster is located behind the house for trash disposal.

-Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
