Enjoy a stay on a fun working farm. Enjoy the cute and fluffy highland cows. The original farmhouse has been fully remodeled.


The Layout:

The main house offers a well-thought-out layout with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, providing both space and privacy for larger groups. Each sleeping area is designed to accommodate different group setups, from families to larger gatherings.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, offering a comfortable and private space to unwind. Additional sleeping areas include a large downstairs bedroom with two queen bunk beds and two full beds, making it ideal for groups or families sharing space. The upstairs loft includes four twin beds, creating a flexible sleeping area that works well for kids or additional guests.

The home includes multiple bathrooms, including a master bathroom, a full bathroom located off the kitchen, and an additional full bathroom upstairs, allowing guests to share the space without crowding.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the home includes laundry access with a washer and dryer. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in the master laundry room for convenience.
Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious backyard featuring a grill, an outdoor dining table that seats six, outdoor seating, and a fire pit, making it a great place to relax and gather.

Parking is available southwest of the farmhouse. Please follow posted signs and avoid parking where not permitted, to not create hurdles in access to the property!

Guest access
Guests have access to the main farmhouse. The casita is also included in this booking. The maid’s closet located in the game room is not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
- This listing includes both the main farmhouse and the attached casita, which is counted as part of the sleeping layout for this full-property booking.

- The yard is fully fenced, offering a private outdoor space for guests to enjoy. The backyard includes a propane BBQ grill; however, only the grill and a scraper are provided. Please note that items such as skewers, utensils, or specialty cooking tools are not included.

- A fire pit is available for guest use, but guests will need to bring their own firewood if they plan to use it.

- No pets are allowed at this property due to the presence of farm animals on-site.

- For longer stays (generally over a week), we provide starter supplies upon arrival. Guests will need to purchase additional items for the remainder of their stay.

- Washers and dryers are available on-site for your convenience.

- A dumpster is located behind the house for trash disposal.

- Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

This farm stay offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
