This private farmhouse offers a comfortable and spacious layout, making it a great fit for families, groups, or extended stays. The home is designed to provide both functionality and a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. This is a perfectly private listing, and none of the areas are shared. The Casita is not rented out with this apartment and is actually rented out separately and is not a part of this listing.

The property features three bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including king, single, and bunk beds, allowing flexibility for different group sizes and preferences. Each bedroom is set up with comfortable mattresses, clean linens, and a simple, practical layout to ensure a restful stay. The rooms are well-spaced, giving guests enough privacy while still feeling connected within the home.

The bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the house and include full bathrooms equipped with showers and/or tubs, vanities, and essential fixtures. The layout allows multiple guests to use the facilities comfortably without crowding, which is especially helpful for larger groups or longer stays!

Guests have access to the main farmhouse. The casita is not included in this listing and is rented out separately and is private. The maid’s closet located in the game room is not accessible to guests.

- This listing is for the farmhouse only, and any additional units on the property, including the casita, are separate and not included with this reservation.

- As part of your stay, guests can enjoy a unique on-site experience, including the opportunity to feed the Highlander cattle with a bucket of grain we provide, which many guests find to be a memorable highlight.

- Please note that all bathrooms in the farmhouse have walk-in showers only; there are no bathtubs.

- Guests may also be asked to review and acknowledge a simple set of property guidelines or a waiver before check-in due to the nature of the property.

- No pets are allowed at this property.

- For longer stays (generally over a week), we provide starter supplies of essential items upon arrival. Guests will need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

- Washers and dryers are available on-site for your convenience.

- A dumpster is located behind the house for trash disposal.

- Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

This farm stay offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
