Warm Sunny Cottage with Private Pool

By far the best feature of this unit is your very own PRIVATE POOL! Step into your backyard oasis and keep cool while you soak up some sunshine.
My place is also close to major thoroughfares, town centre, shopping, hospital and transportation. You’ll love my place because of all that my home and community have to offer. The community has a kids park, adults park with jogging trail, club house, playfield, tennis court, and basketball court. The home is fully furnished and air-conditioned for your comfort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The house has only been lived in for a few months.
Guests will have access to the entire house and all the amenities of the community.
We live abroad so guests will have the property completely to themselves so that they can enjoy their privacy. However, we do have a very helpful supportive relative that lives close by who will be more than happy to offer any assistance needed.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Emancipation Square. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a patio.

I had planned to stay the week prior to hurricane Melissa & ended up getting stuck there another week. The hosts were MORE than gracious & understanding & extended their kindness to me for that whole addition week. I was so grateful to have somewhere nice, clean, & most importantly SAFE during such a traumatic event!! I can’t wait to stay there again & get to enjoy the beautiful home itself!!

Everything you need

Where to begin? Maybe the beginning. I contacted the Bryan's from the get go when I was interested in staying there 3 months prior to going, and they're response was prompt. They were always accessible even though they aren't physically there. On the day of checking in, it was seamless there was a minor hiccup, but it was promptly dealt with. The place itself is awesome for solo, couple, or a family with all the amenities you would desire. The area is gated with 24 hours security & even though it was a bit annoying at first when they didn't recognize me, I felt at least they won't let anyone in who shouldn't be there. The home is minutes away from Spanish Town city & less than 30 minutes from Kingston. Its quick access to both toll roads makes country runs easier. I would definitely recommend this property & have zero delays in giving the Bryan's a 5 star rating for the ease of contact, cleanliness, convenience & accessibility. I know I would very much return & let others know about your little gem.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nordia an Kevin guest home. It was like i was right at home. Nordia made me feel very comfortable during are stay. Even the Neighbors, where nice, when my husband an I took nice walks at night in the community. KEVIN an Nordia, thank u.
