You`ll have the entire loft to yourself, the gym is across the street on the 1st floor
Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the checkout times and associated fees as outlined in this policy.
