Welcome! Cappie, star of two episodes of Discovery Channel's Building-Off-The-Grid and co-host of Magnolia Network’s Building Outside the Lines, built this adorable off-grid cottage as his own, but now you have the opportunity to stay!

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish.

This cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower. We know you'll appreciate the details!
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Black Hills State University. Features include a hot tub. The cottage offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
