In the winter, hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, and Oak Mt. downhill ski center/tubing nearby. Five minute drive to Camp of the Woods. Relax in the ADKs' quaint village of Speculator, NY!

The space
Full kitchen. Living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi, streaming services available.

Two bedrooms on first floor with full bath (Queen bed, twins x 2). Second floor master bedroom (Queen bed) and full bath. Loft space with desk, rocking chair, skylight window with plenty of room to work or relax.

Enjoy relaxing mornings on the front porch or evenings around the fire pit telling tall tales while stargazing.

Outdoor screened in sitting area provided spring, summer, and fall.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip bed linens (with exception of mattress & duvet cover/ duvet covers, place at foot of bed Collect & place dirty towels in showers. If significantly wet, please leave hanging to dry
-Trash: Collect trash/recycle & place in red roof shed bins. -Place dirty dishes in dishwasher, fill tray with detergent, & set to run. This is a huge help to our cleaners!
-Game room: Please assure air hockey fan is turned off & game table items collected. -Turn off all lights & lock doors -Leave keys in front door lock box

Welcoming and very responsive host. Beautiful, clean and updated cabin. Very comfortable. The kids loved the basement game room! We loved how it was a 1 minute drive from Oak Mountain.
