The hospitality and service where wonderful. I could not drive home due to a blizzard. There was lovely, hot tomatoe bisque and fresh cookies waiting for us. I certainly did not want to get back out and try to find something to eat. The soup was perfect.

staff were wonderful. Room was clean. TV didn't work. Pool was cold, hot tub had some difficulty during the stay, but staff worked to correct the problem quickly.

Could have been worse

Everything was excellent except for the hot tub. Hot tub seemed to barely work and kids under 12 years old jumping in. Jets were barely working and water was warm not hot. And tows were not stocked at all

Staff was courteous and helpful, but the room (206) just couldn't handle the humidity. Woke up in the morning with a generally wet feeling; carpet was damp as were clothes that were laying out. Put the air conditioning unit on "dry" the night before, but to no avail. Not fun. Wife also had several bug/spider bites, though that was likely bad luck...
