The FARMHOUSE: a charming pre-1900 3BR/2B perfect for your escape to Bloomington or Spencer. Fully renovated in 2026, guests will find two bedrooms on the main floor (1queen/1double) and a full bathroom with spacious shower to share. The second floor is a private retreat with a queen bed and private full bath with clawfoot bathtub. A cozy dormer provides the perfect location for reading, studying or yoga. The first floor includes an open floor plan with a full kitchen complete with a fully-equipped coffee bar. The kitchen opens onto the dining and living areas complete with a large flat screen TV. The back entry opens into a large mudroom with washer/dryer. Beautiful wide open spaces showcase spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Whether you're coming to town for an IU game or graduation or visiting the state park just down the road, our beloved FARMHOUSE is the perfect place to call your home while you're away from home.
