"Samantha's Place" is a 4 bedroom newly renovated home in a highly desirable and very safe suburb of Rochester within 15 minutes of all universities, hospitals, and city attractions. Amenities include central air conditioning, in-home laundry, locks on rooms, high-speed wifi, off-street parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. As your attentive hosts, we're just steps away in the rear unit, ready to assist with anything you might need during your stay. We provide convenient off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy our charming home on a private 1.5 acre lot with peaceful views.

This rustic house was originally built in 1840 and later expanded to include a rear unit. The front unit where you will be staying has been completely renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own charm with a unique mirror, dresser, and closet/clothing rack. Every bedroom features a queen mattress and natural daylighting. The beautiful yard is surrounded by woods to the east and farmland to the south, which will help you unplug during your stay.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Northampton Park. Features include laundry facilities. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Great option for families!

We had a very nice stay. The location is convenient for dining and access to groceries. We enjoyed having games onsite and all of the comforts of home. The only upgrade we would recommend is access to more televisions- maybe one in the large bedroom upstairs. Everything else was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay at this property again.
