A corner of paradise immersed in the green Mediterranean scrub of Lazio, in 1.5 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and oak trees, an ideal place to relax in the tranquillity of nature without sacrificing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the tourist port and ferries to the islands (Km.12); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the Green Park of Monte Orlando and the monuments of the historic centre (Km.13); Sperlonga with its characteristic historic centre and archaeological sites (Km. 10). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples with trains from Formia station every hour.
The whole villa is composed of two flats on two floors completely independent. A large access gate and fenced exteriors guarantee guests privacy. Ample space for parking inside the property.

The Meridiana flat can accommodate 8 people and is located on the ground floor of the villa. There are four double bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom, and in a larger one it is possible to add a single bed. Large full bathroom with separate shower in the living area. The large living room is divided into a sitting area with sofas and satellite TV and a dining area with a large Venetian style table. The open kitchen overlooking the patio is equipped with oven, dishwasher, 5 burners. French doors lead directly onto the large patio with garden view.
