About this space
Our sunny and quiet apartment (77 sq.m.) is a 15-minute walk from the city center. It is located very close to Kaiki beach, Patralis restaurant, mini market and much more. The apartment is located in a private Eleonas with an undivided view of the bay of Argosaronikos.

You can enjoy your breakfast in the large garden. I hope you enjoy!

The space
The apartment consists of two bedrooms and is suitable for family but also for couples.
The estate is quite large and the external space with the sofas and the large wooden monasterial table, are suitable for dinner under the night sky. (i build the table with my father)

Guest access
Our living room has a sofa that can be made as a bed and is perfect for accommodating five (5) people.
The apartment belongs to a three-story maisonette in a private olive tree estate on Agia Anna hill in Kounoupitsa.
The house has wifi, netflix, washing machine.
Guests are advised to rent an ATV or motorbike to make their journeys comfortable.
Other things to note
The location of the house allows guests to enjoy the quietness, the undivided view and within a few minutes the island cuisine and beautiful beaches.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Bouboulina's Museum.
