Located inside an exclusive gated/guarded community with private country club access, as a guest staying in the cottage. Easy access single story cottage with 2 bedrooms, each with an un-suite. Main bedroom has a king bed, full bath with walk-in shower, and access to the back patio with amazing views! Truly one of the best locations of all the Cottages! Second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and un-suite with walk in shower. No bathtubs. Fully stocked kitchen with large breakfast bar, separate dining area with a view and a spacious den with a fireplace. This marvelous cottage offers a serene escape. Enjoy the fantastic amenities of the exclusive gated/guarded private country club of Barton Creek Lakeside. Guest pass to club will be issued for use in the club to eat, play golf, use the pool, fitness center and tennis/pickle ball courts. WILL NEED NAMES AHEAD OF TIME FOR GUEST PASSES. Community located along the shores of beautiful Lake Travis. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this cozy retreat. The property was great, but the owner didn’t have the password for the WiFi. Obviously, in this day and age, everything runs off WiFi so it’s essential that you have that for your renters.
