Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich bei uns wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist richtig, dass wir uns bewusst gegen Rührei und Spiegelei entschieden haben, denn wir möchten nur das Anbieten, von dessen Qualität wir auch überzeugt sind. Da wir in Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück die Qualität nicght garantieren können, lassen wir die Finger davon. Und bieten Ihnen lieber kein über lange Zeit warm gehaltenes Ei an. Wir hoffen, das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt mit den selbstgekochten Marmeladen (nach Möglichkeit mit Obst, das auf der Insel gewachsen ist), dem im Haus gemachten Frischkäse, Feta-Tomatenaufstrich oder auch dem selbstgebackenen Knäckebrot.
