The Space:

Ratty’s Retreat consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining space for three guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There is a family bedroom with single and double bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear decking with furniture, on-site fishing lakes and off-road parking for one car. Within 3.3 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Escape to the countryside of Lincolnshire with a stay at Ratty’s Retreat. Please note: There is a lake 30 yards away from the property, please be mindful of this when booking if there are children in the travelling party.

Partney is a quaint village settled into the countryside of Lincolnshire, offering a convenience store for all of your holiday essentials, and a local pub, The Red Lion Inn, where guests can enjoy a hearty meal or a glass of their favourite beverage. There are more pubs and shops at Burgh Le Marsh, and the village is also close to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a scenic location threaded with walks, including those at Red Hill Nature Reserve, ideal for birdwatching, and Hubbard’s Hill. For a day at the seaside, visit the bustling town of Skegness, spending time on the sandy beach, visiting the aquarium or the Natureland Seal Sanctury, or alternatively try out a game of golf at one of the local courses or head over to the historic Bolingbroke Castle. Partney is a lovely base for your next Lincolnshire adventure.
