This house was very dirty. I do not ever want to rent a VRBO and be stuck sleeping in other people’s filth for days. Many things were very dirty, broken or missing. You can’t say that you have a fully functional kitchen if your oven does not work. The grill was so gross. We could not cook food on the 2 to choose from. Both were disgusting. If you don’t have a working oven and you say there is a full kitchen, one needs a potato masher and a decent pan for boiling potatoes.The bathroom tile, floor, air vent had not been cleaned in years! They just put air fresheners in every single room, which are poison to your body. Trying to hide the smell of the dirty carpet and house overall. This house just needs a great deal of Love. It’s for sale so I guess that makes sense but it should not be rented out under the VRBO listing because it does not meet the standards and we have rented through this website many many times and never had a experience like this. I will be very, very careful before I make a quick decision to go to Okaboji or maybe even rent from Vrbo again if the brand is not going to uphold the standard we have always had. I don’t want to stay in a filthy place. My dogs are dirty from staying there. I have two little tiny dogs and they’re very clean and they stink now I have to give them a bath from being at this house so they. An be free in their home! Very disappointed, unclean, poor condition and it really put a damper on the entire weekend. Never rent here!! Yuck!
