Obwohl ich am 21. MAI fewo Direkt kontaktiert hatte, und meine Buchung bis dem 26. MAI kostenfrei zu stornieren war, haben Sie nicht die Unterkunft kostenfrei storniert. Ich wurde abkassiert obwohl ich aus gesundheitlichen Grunden nicht reisen konnte. Ich habe eine Umbuchung beantragt und auch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Diese Erfahrung hatte ich bis jetzt nicht bei Expedia aber dieser dritter Anbieter würde ich ehrlich gesagt einfach kündigen. So einen schlechten Service hatte ich nie erlebt. Ich habe auch den Gastgeber per E-Mail kontaktiert und die Antwort war ich soll stornieren indem ich mich auf einem App anmelde das erstmal garnicht funktionierte.Ich konnte mich erst anmelden als idie Reservierung nicht mehr zu stornieren war. Den telefonischen Service landet auch bei Fewo, und die sagten Sie hätten eine Anfrage zum Gastgeber gesendet und hatten auflegt ohne eine Lösung zu finden. Es ist ein Alptraum und Hostels in Kroatien, würde ich via Expedia über Fewo Direkt niemanden empfehlen. Es ist ziemlich schade dass Expedia mit so einen dritten schlechten Anbieter arbeitet. Das werde ich auch über anderen Portalen weitergeben. Gut dass ich aus der Hotellerie komme und mich gut auskenne.ich bin sauer enttäuscht und dazunoch in medizinischer Behandlung. Ich fühllte mich nicht ernst genommen.
