Apartment located on West Coast promenade, 5 minutes from Riva and Marjan Hill.
The 3 stars apartment Minja is located just in the middle of the West Coast and five minutes walk from the center of the ancient city with Riva Promenade and the UNESCO protected heritage Diocletian Palace. The main bus, train station and the ferry port are located 15 minutes by foot. Also the Bačvice beach is nearby, few minutes far from the main bus station. Marjan Hill is also nearby, just 5 minutes from apartment, a marina and a lot of coffee shops and great restaurants. A supermarket is in the building.
Apartment is bright, spacious, air conditioned with double air condition, one in the living room and another in the double bed bedroom. There is also sofa in the living room which is extensible into queen side bed. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and basic spices and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with towels, soaps, shower shampoos and hair conditioners, hair dryer and toilet paper. There is also comfortable balcony with seating spots for relaxation.
Also, if its available, there is a parking spot in front of the building, unfortunately not reserved, so if you ''catch it'', you don't have to worry, you can use it for free. If it is not possible to find a parking spot, there is a parking garage 50 meters from the property. The garage is not free and it is under video surveillance.
