this property is located in a rather run down part of the southern part of Split. (graffiti everywhere)The view from the balcony was like the picture and nice once you were there, but the apartment as a whole could use some upgrading ... all furniture was a little tired, unmatched, and kitchen ware was all random and inside of drawers were dirty

The apartment itself is not the most modern, but it offers 3 separate bedrooms and a huge couch someone can crash on, easily. 3 different balconies with the best view I ever had to the sea. The area is calm and peaceful, the landlord is friendly and welcoming, there are grocery stores nearby. The nearby beach is kinda hard to access and not the kind you wanna spend your time at, but all in all, this place provided us exactly what we needed to spend a great time in Split.
