Villa Spalato is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It is a building of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, from where you have access to two upper floors by staircase.

On the first floor. you will find a spacious hall with a fireplace, kitchen, living room, dining room with terrace, fitness, sauna, and library.

On the second floor, there are four double bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and a terrace. Villa Spalato is south oriented so you will have a wonderful sea view from almost every room.
