The ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a bathroom and storage, while the first floor features two serene bedrooms, another bathroom, and a terrace. Original stone elements and a modern industrial design blend seamlessly throughout, offering guests a unique blend of history and modern comfort.



A standout feature is the "cave pool," a transformed 18th-century olive oil storage space, now a mesmerizing pool under a faux starry sky. The villa also boasts a 20m² Mediterranean garden, perfect for open-air cinema nights or barbecue gatherings, amidst jasmine, roses, succulents, and ancient olive trees.



Located 500 meters from the UNESCO-listed Diocletian Palace and the vibrant life within its walls, Villa Janski Central is also a stone's throw from Marjan hill, offering beaches, trails, and tennis.
