Apartment is located in Urban Villa which was built this year. Building and apartment is brand new.
We are situated on a peaceful, cozy district located at one of the best positions in Split. Although a very quiet setting, it is centrally located to all of the local attractions and the best things area near apartment.

The prime location allows you the freedom to explore Split any way you would like, whether it is historical, beach holidays, night-life, discovering surrounding regions, walking through the forrest, or simply wanting to feel the rhythm of the locals.

Apartment itself is luxury, fully equipped with all you may need in it. It has 1 spacious bedroom with king size bed. In the living room where you will find also king size bed and sofa bed as well.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utilities for cooking. There is dishwasher, stove, microwave oven etc.
Bathroom has washing machine and walk in shower, towels are included.
There is an amazing terrace with sea view as well with a jacuzzi.
