Welcome to our luxury penthouse spa apartment on attractive location in the center of Split. This beautiful classy apartment is air conditioned + Internet (WiFi) + ADSL + TV SAT (included in price) and with fully equipped kitchen in which every guest will find several types of coffee, tea, local wine and domestic aperitifs as a welcome gesture. The size of apartment is 100m2, it has balcony which guests can enter from their bedrooms and big beautiful private terrace (120m2) on the roof with jacuzzi for 6 persons, deckchairs, LCD TV which guests can watch from jacuzzi, bar, dinner table and large comfortable lounge chairs. I want my guests to feel like they are in their own home so every guest will get its own bathrobes and slippers, to make jacuzzi experience even better. You also don't have to worry for your car, because secured parking place in front of the apartment is provided for you and also included in price.
My family and I live in the same house (villa) which means we are always avaliable for any request or problem guests can have. We are always ready to help, from finding the right restaurant for you to showing you all the places you are interested in. Besides, we can come and pick you up from airport or drive you to airport or anywhere else (Krka waterfalls or other daily excursions) for a minimal fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to weather conditions, in period 15.10. - 15.04. apartment is renting without roof terrace and price for longer stays in this period could be arranged.

Amazing house and hospitality!

My husband and I spent 3 nights in early September in Maric’s penthouse. Quiet location just 10 minutes walk from old town. Great rooftop patio. Well equipped kitchen with nice thoughts such as water, juices, beer, fruits, coffee, all included in the price. Maric is a fantastic host! Really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Maric!

Only place you should stay in Split

Beautiful clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. The rooptop was perfect, as was the hot tub. I wish we had more fays in Split just to enjoy this apartment. Ivica and Vilma were the best hosts we have ever enountered. So friendly with great energy. Drinks and fruit on arrival and lots of great personal recommendations. Communication was excellent and we felt so cared for. 10 min walk to Old City; only place anyone should stay in Split. .

Superb accommodation with fantastic hosts and great location.

I will hate myself for giving away such a treasure! Everything was excellent, rooms, especially hosts. It is rare to find such accommodation. Will comfortably host a family or four adults, the amenities and cleanliness are 5 star, the location is in the goldilocks zone, close enough to the centre but still far enough away to have quiet time. Shops and restaurants are close by and good. Hosts, so welcoming and attentive, you were made to feel like you were at home. Book and you will not regret!

Great place to stay in Split

While the neighborhood is residential and not particularly attractive, the apartment is 10 min walk to the port/Riva and a supermarket, and to everything you need to go to in Split. Apartment itself is great, clean, meticulously maintained, and has everything one needs to stay, and all in perfect working condition. Kitchen had everything needed to stay: ground coffee and filters, sugar, tea, salt, etc. Owner even stocked up a fridge with the milk, juices, and even bear and a bottle of bubbly. Rooftop deck with hot tub is a nice bonus. Recommend without reservations.

Simply the Best Host Ever

We own a vacation rental and stayed in 100 of others. Never have met a happier, more helpful, caring and generous host. This man loves people and loves making your vacation the best it can be. A refrigerator stocked with champagne, beers, water and fruit!!! Designated parking spot...$6000 hot tub on the roof...he's got it all and in a great location. The place was large, spotless and...fun!!

Great hosts!!

My initial contact, Ivana became ill prior to our visit so we never met but she was so responsive and helpful. She put us in the very capable hands of her husband Ivica (and his son who carried our luggage up the 2 flights of stairs!) and what a host!! The place was immaculate, loads of fruit, wine, water, goodies when we arrived and Ivica was so helpful in so many ways. The hot tub on the roof is a major plus! Highly recommend their beautiful condo with an easy 10 minute walk to the Riva and the Palace

Sehr geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen in der obersten Etage. 2Schlafzimmer,1 Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich,2 separate Bäder und ein extra WC. Dachterrasse mit großem Whirlpool, Liegen,Tisch und Stühle. Supermarkt in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung. Restaurant Babilon in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wonderful experience!!!

Everything was completely as advertised. Fridge was filled with drinks and had all amenities one might need (towels, cool box, music boxes etc.) The host was lovely and helped us with everything, even gave us an expansive tour of the whole apartment. The apartment has a great location, walkable distance from both the bacvice beach and the old town. The house has a taxi service for both long and short distances. Communication was wonderful! The apartment was very clean, highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much Ivica!

Was schone appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Badkamer benodigdheden.

Was fijne ervaring. Gast host was erg behulpzaam. Koelkast is gevuld met alles frisdrank tot alcohol drank. Alle badkamer benodigdheden tot aan de details dat je kan bedenken . Je hoeft niks mee te nemen.
