Gem of a find in Split

Good room with a very high quality finish. Spotlessly clean. Check in and out was all very easy via a very pleasant Ana who contacted me to arrange everything. Takes about 20 mins to walk to the docks, station, old town or beach so very convenient. Supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Overall a good stay and we were very pleased with it. Will definitely use next time we are travelling through Split.

Ana was a tremendous host: gracious, communicative, and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about her. The room was fantastic - super clean, well furnished, comfy bed. Access and instructions were easy and clear. Short walk to the Riva and old town. Would recommend this place without reservation.

Fantastic apartment just 15 minutes from Diocletian’s Palace. Free parking can be found on the streets to the south if you are lucky. Very clean with everything a couple or solo traveler would need. Highly recommended.

Our stay was impeccable! Ana, the host was amazing, she went above and beyond. We arrived and she had filled the fridge for us as we were there for a while. Was reachable at all times to answer any questions. The room itself was clean and modern, and the bed was huge and so comfy. The location was perfect, away from large crowds however walkable to the city. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you ana!

Very nice room

Spacious, clean, modern, well-appointed room. Very nice. The lack of dedicated parking was a concern as we approached the building as there was no open spot nearby, but thankfully we found a spot one block away. It's an easy and quick walk to the Palace and old town and the various beaches. Lots of shops close by.

The room was very clean with a very nice bathroom. It was difficult to find, as the entrance does not face the street of address. The only thing that was really annoying was it had two single beds pushed together as a double. My husband and I both kept falling in the crack and the beds would pull apart.

Just outside of old town split so no crazy party platoons marching by but only a few minutes walk from diocletian's. Another great thing about the location is it's closer to the malls and specialty shops like the wine cellar and dive shop. There is construction going on in the building but not over the weekends or early.
