Luxury Villa Paradise with a gym, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, is located in an ideal location, right by the beach, 1 m from the sea in Slatine on the island of Ciovo and 7 km from the center of the historic town of Trogir.

The property of the Luxury Villa Paradise extends to 400 m2; and its residential part covers an area of 270 m2. Luxury Villa Paradise is spread over two floors: ground floor and first floor, and it is ideal for comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with sofas, and a fireplace, which are open to the terrace through large glass walls. On this floor there is an additional room equipped with a kitchenette, table, seating area and access to the outside of the terrace.

The stairs go up to the second floor of Villa Paradise where there are 4 bedrooms with LCD TV. Two bedrooms have king size beds and en suite bathroom with shower and two have queen size beds and share a bathroom with shower. The large windows in the rooms offer panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful Dalmatian landscape. Guests at the Luxury Villa Paradise also have a fully equipped shared gym.
