Getting to the room was confusing at first but once you find it, there is no issue. Consistently ran out of hot water though so any shower over 3 to 5 minutes will be cold.

Clean room! Be ready to lug your baggage two floors up. Overall a pretty good place. There’s no blackout curtain so do have your sleeping mask with you, if you want to sleep till late. Water heater will serve two ppl for quick showers but if one takes a long shower, be ready to wait for 15-20 mins. Marco the owner was very helpful and communicates quickly and well.

The property was perfect for our short visit in split It was close to the city centre and was very clean and safe area. The owner/manager replied to us very quickly at all times

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, very comfortable and incredibly stylish. Thats the good points. The communal stairwell is rather grubby and run down. I was surprised that given the high cost of the room, there was no housekeeping (beds not made, rubbish not taken out) over a 3 day stay. Marko said this is stated on website, but its not mentioned (that I can see) on Expedia. No complimentary water in the room and coffee pods not replenished The location is not bad but its not great either. I felt fine & I am sure Split is very ssfe, but I wonder how comfortable a single woman might feel going back down dark deserted alley ways at night. For the price paid I was disappointed

Loved this hotel! Such a feeling of luxury and hominess at the same time. Super lovely furnishings, immaculate and well-designed bathroom with great products, and walkable to everything. Communication was great - would love to stay again in Split!

We had the best time in this small hotel. Self check-in was super convenient. Location was perfect, and the room was clean and spacious enough for a standard room. There was only one towel peg in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have a couple more. All in all - we would recommend!

Lovely time in Split. The Apartment was close to everyhing and the old Town. All was walking distance. Mind thai the Apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator. But very nice and clean.

Beste Unterkunft in Kroatien. Super nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Marko. Wunderschön luxuriös eingerichtete saubere Zimmer. Als Restaurant kann ich euch die Soul Kitchen 5 min entfernt wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
