The view from our room is gorgeous, look out to the habour. Short walking distance to the old town and ferry/bus terminal. Highly recommend.

The room was really nice. It was clean with a comfortable bed, jacuzzi bathtub and heated floors in the bathroom. Awesome location, literally steps from the promenade. Checkin with Toma was smooth and he was so helpful. Wish we could've stayed longer.

This property was rated exceptional and I know why. Located in the old part of town, obviously a very old building, but beautifully updated. Thick stone walks with a gorgeous 4 piece bathroom...massive shower, soaker tub, double sinks and heated floors. Located right on the promenade we were steps from the docks for boats, cruise ships and ferries. Multitudes of restaurants, cafes and coffeee shops right outside our door and almost inside the old town for shopping historical artifacts and quick access to the bus centre for tours and excursions. The only hiccup was a communication breakdown where my phone number was showing incorrectly on the host phone so we had difficulty connecting for access as there is no front desk and access must be arranged by meeting with a rep at a given time. Once that was worked out we loved our stay.

Our room at Palms promenade was the triple and it was amazing! The largest room I’ve ever had in Europe with two queen beds in separate areas and a pullout sofa. Views of the promenade were amazing. So glad we stayed there!

Absolutely lovely! This was a very spacious room with a large bathroom. (very hard to find when traveling internationally) We were very close to everything. The restaurants, shops, taxi’s, tour buses, harbor and beaches were all walking distance. Surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

Lovely views and room

This is a great central location. There are some things to mention, this is located in a historic building with no elevator. You have to be able to climb the stairs. Good news is that the stairs aren’t steep and lends to the charm of staying in a building so close to the Diocletian Palace. The other part is that if you aren’t used to European buildings, you will need to familiarize yourself with the light switches on every floor. You need to turn the switch on if you come back in the evening, unless you like stumbling up the steps in the dark. The room was great and when I had the opportunity, I would open the windows and move the outer shutters for great views and fresh air. The windows when closed were able to muffle the sounds out on the busy walkway. It was really quiet and I felt like I was not in an active and busy part of the old city. The bathroom was great and the rain shower was amazing. The staff, Toma, was extremely helpful and felt that I could reach them at anytime.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. However, the room does not have many amenities. One pillow and towel per person. No tissue paper or bottle of water. Just a clean room in an excellent location. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator…not a big deal, but could be an issue with seniors or those with disabilities.

Great location in Old Town on promanade overlooking the ocean. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Room modernised to a high standard. The only negatives were sixty four step to climb to the room and some minor maintenance issues.
